Letter from the CEO regarding Refund Policies during the COVID-19 crisis.
We would like to thank you all for your patience and your understanding during this difficult time
that we are all facing. COVID-19 has been a devastating condition that has turned the worlds of
many on their head and has personally effected everyone in its own way.
Eze training are working with ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) to work out the best way for
us to continue your training practices and ensure you are able to complete your training.
The state government released this statement in relation to training and COVID-19
‘All TAFEs and training organisations are encouraged to increase their ability to deliver training
remotely or online where possible. Learn Locals should adopt these approaches to support
continuity of provision of pre-accredited training where there is existing capability and capacity.
We understand that this may be difficult for some courses, such as trades. Where activities continue
to occur on campus, it is critical that social distancing guidelines are strictly followed in line with
advice from the Victorian Chief Health Officer.’

Eze Training has worked in its best efforts to continue training but unfortunately there was an
announcement update made by the Australian Government on Tuesday 24th March prohibiting the
running of tattoo and body piercing studios, it is in these facilities that we undergo our practical
aspect of training and due to this we are no longer able to legally facilitate the practical component
of our training until further notice. On top of this the social distancing rule and travel restrictions for
our trainers has also played a part in affecting our ability to complete our practical components.
We are still open for the online theory component of your courses and are here as online support for
these needs.
All funds received for your training have been put on hold and secured as per ASQA guidelines. This
means that any payments made will be held and honoured until we are able to move forward and
begin our practical face to face training.
During this crisis our refund policy still stands as it was upon your enrolment. Please see below:
REFUND POLICY
Should a classroom course be entirely cancelled due to trainer illness or insufficient student
numbers the following will apply:
Fees will be fully transferable to another course.
In the event of a course for which the student was enrolled being unavailable or no acceptable
alternative course being available, fees are fully refunded. Should a student cancel an enrollment
with EZE Training, the following conditions will apply regarding a refund of fees:
There is no refund for students who commence training and change their mind about continuing.
This means if you have enrolled online and placed a deposit your course has commenced you are
now no longer liable to a refund.
If you are due to have practical training this training has now been postponed to a later date that will
be announced when the Australian Government lowers its restrictions. This epidemic is out of our
control and as you can appreciate as a small business we are doing our best to keep our customers
happy and working with you to help you achieve your certifications.
Each course has the ability to have some of the practical aspects done in your own home, if you
would like to know more about this please email our Training advisor – jasmine@ezetraining.edu.au
Any questions regarding this email feel free to email our head office info@ezetraining.edu.au and
we will get back to you asap.
Stay safe and look after each other
